Faq’s

1. How do I place an order?

If you wish to place an order, visit my Contact Me page and submit an inquiry. Once your order is confirmed and a quote has been provided, a 50% deposit will be required to hold your date. Remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to event date. Deposits can be paid by mail, in person, through Quick Pay or Venmo. Venmo is preferred.

2. How far in advance do I have to place an order?

I recommend placing an order as far in advance as possible. I am limited in the amount of orders I can take and once a particular weekend is booked I won’t accept anymore orders. Last minute orders are always considered dependent on my availability and the uniqueness of the order.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded

4. Do you offer delivery or pick up?

Pick up is required on all orders from my residence in Mesa, AZ (Zip 85205) with the exception of wedding cakes. It is recommended that you make enough room in your vehicle (either in the front passenger seat floor or your trunk so that the cake can lay flat. Keeping the cake at any type of angle while driving may result in tilting or ultimate damaging of the cake. Wedding cake delivery and set up are worked into the price of the quote.
